When will my items ship? 

All items are made custom at the time order is placed. Please allow 10 business days for us to ship your order.

If you are looking to have a custom up-cycled piece created, please contact us on Instagram @bntlybybentley 

 How does custom up-cycled orders work?  Do you pick the clothing item, or can I?

If you have a specific piece you'd like customized, you can ship it to us and we can design it.  Or if you know what type of item you'd like, we can pick the piece  and design it for you.   All custom orders prices are TBD.
